Refund Policy

You can claim a full refund if you fail the corresponding exam on your first attempt within 30 days of purchase, after using our study material for at least 7 days.
Product exchange is available within 150 days of purchase.

Refund Is Not Available If:

· The exam is taken within 7 days of purchase

· You appear for a different exam than the one purchased

· A wrong product is purchased or downloaded

· The product is free, discounted, or purchased with a coupon

· The request is made after one year of purchase

· The candidate name differs from the payer’s name

· You request a refund without appearing in the exam

· You change your mind after purchase

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Email support@certsclub.com within 2 days after your exam with:

· Exam enrollment confirmation

· Official score report (PDF)

Requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
